  • 1l of water
  • 400gr of onion
  • 2 tablespoons of turmeric (powdered) or a root in a thumb size
  • 400gr of sugar (or maple syrup or honey)
  • A thumb sized ginger root


First, you need to mix the sugar and water. Then, place the mixture on head and wait for it to boil. In the meantime, chop the onions and ginger and put them in the mixture that you made. After that stir well, and add the turmeric and lower the heat and boil the mixture at to medium. You should stop cooking it when it’s up to the half of the total amount. When you finished all these steps, you need to put the mixture in a glass container and store it in the fridge. And remember, you should put the mixture in the fridge after it has cooled to a room temperature.

Start consuming it every day, 2 tablespoons in the morning and 2 tablespoons in the evening, 2 hours after your meal. After just two weeks you will notice the difference when your toxins are gone for good.
